What makes Solomon Kava's straining bags and filters different from other natural bags in the market?

Firstly, our straining bags are made of high quality, food grade nylon mesh that is woven to a particular micron size. This ensures that during the kava squeezing process, we are capturing the finer particles. Over time, straining bags constructed from natural fibres also stretch due to wear and tear, which contributes to a more grainer taste.

What is the difference between our kava straining bag (80 microns) and premium kava straining bag (25 microns)?

Our kava straining bag constructed from 80 microns yields a more traditional brew, whereas the premium kava straining bag is constructed from 25 micron nylon mesh which yields a finer brew with less grainy taste. Both function similarly, however personal preference allows the consumer to choose one over the other. We often find people who are new to kava prefer the finer brew/25 microns premium kava straining bag.
