DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Place 2g or approx. 1 heaped teaspoon daily in approx. 250ml (1 cup) of water and strain, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

I bought the 100g of Original Feo after I tried it in the Starter Kit. It's one of the best kava blends I've tried - better than Fijian kava, Vanuatu kava etc. I think because it's quite strong but not too bitter and has a mellow flavour. Lovely euphoric feelings.
